Antes de hacer el test de MDMA o el de IMCA, una aclaración honesta: esto no es el diagnóstico. Es el paso de antes — el momento en que alguien se anima a preguntarse "¿lo que hacemos con IA, lo podríamos explicar si nos lo piden?" en vez de dar por sentado que sí.
Before taking the MDMA or IMCA test, an honest heads-up: this isn't the diagnosis. It's the step before it — the moment someone finally asks "could we actually explain what we do with AI if someone asked us to?" instead of assuming the answer is yes.

MDMA pregunta si tu organización puede probar cómo usa la IA. No si la usa bien en abstracto — si puede mostrarlo, con evidencia, cuando alguien lo pida.
MDMA asks whether your organization can prove how it uses AI. Not whether it uses it well in the abstract — whether it can show that use, with evidence, whenever someone asks.
IMCA pregunta si vos, como líder, tenés el criterio real para sostener esa decisión cuando la presión aprieta. No la buena intención. El criterio puesto a prueba en un momento concreto.
IMCA asks whether you, as a leader, have the real judgment to hold that decision together when pressure hits. Not good intentions. Judgment, tested in an actual moment.
Por qué cinco preguntas no reemplazan un diagnósticoWhy Five Questions Don't Replace a Diagnosis
Acá va la parte incómoda: un test de ocho o cinco preguntas que respondés vos mismo da una señal, no una medición. No es una versión resumida del diagnóstico profesional — es otra cosa, con otro objetivo.
Here's the uncomfortable part: an eight- or five-question test you answer yourself gives you a signal, not a measurement. It's not a shorter version of the professional diagnosis — it's a different thing, built for a different purpose.
El diagnóstico real se apoya en evidencia que un tercero puede verificar: expedientes concretos, casos relatados y contrastados, un criterio de evaluación que no se conforma con lo que la organización dice de sí misma. Un test online no hace eso, y no pretende hacerlo.
A real diagnosis rests on evidence a third party can verify: actual case files, situations recounted and cross-checked, an evaluation standard that doesn't just take the organization's word for it. An online test can't do that, and isn't trying to.
Lo que sí hace, y lo hace bien: te muestra en dos minutos si estás en un punto donde vale la pena mirar más de cerca — y qué parte del problema probablemente convenga mirar primero.
What it can do — and does well — is show you, in two minutes, whether you're at a point worth looking into further, and which part of the problem is probably worth looking at first.

No lo compares con el de otra empresa ni con un estándar externo — no es esa clase de número. Es una foto de dónde estás parado hoy, respecto a vos mismo. Sirve para una sola decisión: ¿esto amerita ir un paso más allá, con algo que sí se sostenga frente a un auditor, un regulador o un directorio?
Don't compare it to another company's, or to some external benchmark — it's not that kind of number. It's a snapshot of where you stand today, relative to yourself. It's useful for exactly one decision: is this worth going a step further, with something that can actually hold up in front of an auditor, a regulator, or a board?
